Herein you can find a list of guidelines we have prepared for you, which are ought to make your life happier, more fulfilling, and healthier. We really hope you’ll find at least some of those useful and more importantly that you’ll be able to start practicing them in your everyday life.
1.) Start your day like a champ
a.) Stretch and shake your body when you wake up.
b.) Drink 1 glass of warm water, then drink another glass of warm lemonade (squeezed lemon juice with water, no sugar; every now and then add turmeric, ginger, honey …)
c.) Perform simple body warm up (head circles, arm circles, wrists, hips, upper legs, knees, and ankle circles) then take 5 min and dance to some good positive music.
d.) Set your mind to be as grateful and positive as possible (meditation, visualization).
e.) Set yourself daily goals.
f.) Eat a breakfast full of fibers (natural oatmeal with almond, rice, soy or coconut milk), fruits, 100% cocoa, eggs (proteins) and vegetables.
g.) Never skip your breakfast.
2.) Prevention before cure – it’s easier to prevent things from happening than to cure/fix them.
3.) Always find purpose in your life.

4.) Live for yourself, not for others.
5.) Nurture relationships.
6.) Respect the environment! Do the best you can to protect our planet for the future generations.
7.) Family bonds and sense of belonging are very important.
8.) Surround yourself with good people and be a good friend.
9.) Make people you care about laugh, take care of them and pamper them.
10.) Treat others the same way you’d like others to treat you – what goes around comes around.
11.) Express your feelings – do not pile them inside. Be honest.
12.) Get rid of bad habits.
13.) Never stop improving yourself, learn, develop, become a better version of yourself.
14.) Define your goals and focus on achieving them. Visualize them.

15.) Treat yourself to a massage, sauna, spa treatment… Women shouldn’t forget about preventative breast massage.
16.) Every now and then enjoy a bath. (38-40 °C; water level should be up to your heart).
17.) Kneipping. For better blood circulation rinse yourself with cold water before you finish with your shower.
18.) Go out and enjoy the nature – the sun, the sea, the fresh air…
19.) Buy natural products (cosmetics, cleaning products). Great natural cleaning substances: baking soda, lemon juice, white vinegar, tea tree essential oil, borax.
20.) Do not ignore your needs.
21.) Write a diary (what you eat, the amount of exercise, diary of gratitude).
22.) Genes are not rigid. Predispositions to diseases can be dramatically decreased by the right choice of lifestyle, habits, thinking, and beliefs.
23.) Make sure you leave a positive trace on this planet.
24.) Make sure you stay a playful child by the soul.
25.) Invest your money in adventures.
26.) Step out of your comfort zone. Dare. Don’t be afraid to take risks. Always seek for new adventures.
27.) Appreciate life and everything that has been given to you.

28.) Control your expectations. Try to live spontaneously, without any expectations…
29.) Never forget that every moment brings a new opportunity.
30.) Always remember that you’re the creator of your own life. Your thoughts are creating your future, so choose them carefully.
